What Are Sharp Advanced Series Printers?

Sharp Advanced Series Printers add wireless capability to its system. They provide a larger feed tray for additional paper capacity three times above the Essential models. Instead of RSPF, the Advanced Sharp printers use a duplex single pass feeder (DSPF), which uses fewer moving parts and operates at more than twice the speed of an RSPF. The DSPF system provides for a 300-sheet capacity and scans up-to 280 images per minute (ipm), a decisive advantage over the 80 ipm of the RSPF.
