Nate Johnson was great to work with on our printer/copier lease. He really worked hard to get us the machine we wanted at a price we felt comfortable with. He wasn’t pushy at all and was super patient the whole time, even when we had a ton of questions and went back and forth. Made the process really easy and low-stress. I’d definitely recommend Nate if you’re looking for a printer or copier lease. He’s helpful and actually listens!

We just had two copier machines installed since our old lease was up. Anthony W. was pleasant, friendly and on-time for delivery, actually even early which I appreciate a lot. The installation process was smooth and easy. I enjoy working with Les Olsen as their customer service is top notch. Bonney, my contact is awesome too. Highly recommend them!

We recently purchased new printers through Les Olson IT, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Gavin was so quick to come and answer all of my questions. We had a weird error message on the printer and he was in and out with it fixed before I even knew what was going on, so knowledgeable and got it fixed it super fast!

Rob was great fixing my printing issues. He tried everything and out of the box thinking. We found out my cell phone had the same IP address as the printer and gave us a recommendation on how to fix it and that resolved the problem. Thanks for helping us Rob!!!! I can print now!!!

I work at modern warriors and we had Rob come in for our maintenance on our Sharp printer. He was very friendly and professional, did a fantastic job replacing parts, and updating the software and calibration. He did very clean work and left the workspace cleaner than before he arrived.

My business must run smooth. We provide healthcare services and serve a lot of patients a day. So when our printer goes down, it can really slow the flow of the office. Ever since we switched over to Les Olson and Aaron Brown has been our IT for our printer we have never ran into problems that last very long, because he is right there fixing it moments after we call. He is so personable and friendly and we are so glad he is part of our team.

Caleb has been so helpful! He is quick to respond, makes time to help clients, and knows his stuff. I've been struggling with a printer at work for 2 weeks, and Caleb has been such a huge help. Highly recommend.

Anthony is the Best!!!!! We needed to get our scanning up and running and he wouldn't give up when it gave us problems. He talked with our IT company and he got us up and running. I would recommend Les Olson and Anthony to help you anytime. He was polite and very professional. 10 stars if I could.

Our company leased a copier from Les Olson for several years. The copier worked well and Les Olson's service was very attentive. When our lease contract was terminated, we were aware of our obligation to return the product but anticipated that being to Les Olson's office locally. We were surprised to learn that it needed to be shipped back to the leasing company (i.e., not Les Olson) and the cost to ship to their undisclosed location was $1,000. When we shared this unpleasant surprise with Sterling at Les Olson, he jumped in to find a cheaper shipping solution and handled the logistics of returning the product which not only saved us money but gave us confidence that the return process was handled correctly. Les Olson maintains our many copiers here at Mountainland Plumbing Supply in SLC. They are always quick to respond to our needs. Yesterday we had a copier that was making a lot of chattering noise and eventually stopped working. Joe Chatterton arrived to diagnose and fix the problem. He must’ve had that copier dismantled into over a dozen pieces. Once he determined the cause, he left to retrieve the small part that had caused the issue. When he replaced that part, then cleaned and reassembled the machine, it worked better than ever. Our copier was so clean, we had to do a double-take, because it looked almost brand new. Thanks Les Olson, we appreciate Joe with his excellent service.

We have used Les Olson for years and we are very happy with our recent experience! We switched internet providers and could no longer connect to our printer. Sam and Bryan came out to our offices multiple times to troubleshoot the issue, even staying past business hours. They went above and beyond to ensure that our issue was resolved. I had trouble finding the wifi network for my work with my laptop. Turns out I just needed to get an adapter so my computer could see the 5G network! I wouldn’t have known without the help of Kelsey and her crew!!! They didn’t even charge me! She came down first to see if it was something simple, when it wasn’t she took it back to their office. Highly recommend! Great services!

They were very helpful when I called about my home office printer not working. HP wanted $20 just to talk to a rep on the phone. Jeff at Les Olson helped me diagnose the issue for free over the phone, and now the printer is working great again thanks to his suggestions. Very much appreciated the help and will be coming back if any future needs arise.

We have been so pleased by the service provided by this company. Our printer was having issues and they sent a tech out the very next day (we are in Garden City, so this rarely happens with other companies). Our technician Spencer was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed our printer in a timely manner and even cleaned the whole machine and checked all the settings on the machine while it was rebooting. He even taught us a few things to look out for in the future to avoid any issues in the future. Overall, we have had a great experience with this company and will continue utilizing their services in the future.

Our old company that we used would not return calls or emails, so the hunt began for a somewhat local company to help with our printer needs. Don M. Is an amazing account manager.
