This admired company presents a new line of production printers, reflecting Sharp’s commitment to being a “Business Partner” by supporting companies and other organizations with professional-class print, copy, and production. Sharp Production Printers Commercial-Grade allow business to print directly from file to a variety of media. This blog examines new innovations by Sharp to enhance production printers productivity and security for modern businesses and print shops.

Sharp Conservation

Sharp’s focus on energy conservation is noteworthy. Technological advancements in toner development play a crucial role in achieving energy-saving goals. Things like lowering the fusing temperature, reducing toner particle size, and optimizing toner material design are some key strategies Sharp deploys to sustain our environment.

Sharp’s hardware innovations reduce power consumption. Adopting the pad fixing method, a technology applied for the first time, resulted in up to a 30% reduction in power consumption of the fusing unit compared to the previous models. The extended lifespan of the fusing belt, achieved through meticulous design and control, further contributes to energy efficiency.
