    Responsibilities: This person who fills this position will work to identify businesses that can benefit from our Managed Print Services solution and work with these businesses during the sales process as well maintaining an ongoing and consultative client relationship once the solution is implemented.

Les Olson Company provides complete training that includes a mentor, computer-based training and formal classroom time with a certified Sharp Factory Trainer.     The Staff Accountant reports to the Controller. They will be expected to maintain and control the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization, applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and thorough review of financial records

     

     - Prepares consolidated internal financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from deparments
    - Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information
    - Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
    - Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
    - Maintain the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules; provide monthly detail to and recording General Journal entries; insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals
    - Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
    - Provides accounting support for Accounts Receivable and Payables departments
    - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

You will interact with many different people every day and are the face of our company.
